Cara Delevingne by Terry Richardson

Cara Delevingne is the latest star to be shot by photographer Terry Richardson in his studio. For those of you who don't normally go near the Internet and somehow don't know who Terry Richardson is, he has shot some of my favourite people including Lady Gaga, Lana Del Rey, Sky Ferriera, Kate Moss and even Obama. He's also shot for labels such as Tom Ford and Yves Saint Laurent.
These black and white candids show some of Cara's quirky side which we don't usually see when she's modelling for Chanel and Dolce and Gabanna. Vogue has also named her the "star face" of autumn/winer 2012/2013. On top of all that, she is currently the face of Burberry Beauty.
In the shoot, Cara models Terry's specs which have become his trademark along with his handlebar moustache.

Elizabeth Taylor Barbie Dolls

Two Elizabeth Taylor dolls have been unveiled by Mattel to commemorate the late actress. The faces of the dolls were even approved by the icon herself ten years prior to her death in 2011. Both have been named after one of her fragrances - 'Violet Eyes' and 'White Diamonds'. No prizes for guessing which one is which. They each come with their own accessories including a mini toy version of the perfume they were named after. Both of the doll's dresses also come complete with a red satin ribbon to represent the charity work she did to help people living with HIV and AIDS.
Being a huge fan of Elizabeth Taylor, I was over the moon when I first heard they were coming out with more dolls of her. However the chances of me actually buying one is the same as me being sent a Chanel bag by Karl Lagerfeld himself. The price of The White Diamonds doll comes in at $125 and The Violet Eyes doll at $150. I may only be sixteen but the prices of Barbie dolls sure have gone up since I was a child. However, if you are mad enough to buy one, you can get them at Barbie Collector.
These two dolls are the fourth and fifth Elizabeth Taylor Barbies to have ever been made. The first three were released together back in 2009.

Argento: Karma Jewellery Range - Review

This review was supposed to be posted much earlier than this, but I have been absolutely dying sick the past week so apologies!

Recently, I was asked to review Argento's new Karma range. I jumped at the chance when I first saw the pieces! Argento currently have over forty stores throughout the UK with five more in the Republic of Ireland and ship internationally on their site. Their Karma range is fairly inexpensive and any of their pieces would be the perfect gift for any girl in your life as they have something for just about everyone.

Antique Flower Cluster Ring

You can buy this ring from their website here.
I absolutely fell in love with this ring when I first saw it because of it's antique look - which the name suggests. However, at first I was slightly apprehensive to order it because I have man fingers but I adored it too much not to. When it arrived though, I found that it had an adjustable elasticated band (it says it on the site - of course I didn't see it though!). Usually I find adjustable bands to be quite irritating, but I find no problem with this one whatsoever.
I absolutely love statement rings, and this is definitely one. It's a fairly big piece of jewellery without taking over your entire hand. I've also gotten back into wearing a lot of silver jewellery lately so this is just perfect.

€14.95/£12.00

Amethyst Fall in Love Necklace

You can buy this necklace from their website here.
Since the ring was such a statement piece, I decided to get a more toned down necklace. There is also a Crystal version of this necklace available, but I went with the purple coloured one because it's my favourite colour and I thought it would work better with the winter months ahead. The stone also comes in the form of a longer necklace, bracelets, earrings and rings. The little details in this necklace makes it look more expensive than it actually is yet still maintaining it's amazing quality. I absolutely adore the way the stone is cut and the way it reflects the light. It also has little details around the stone which I love as well.

€18.71/£15

There's currently a sale on the Karma range on Argento's website with up to 50% off the prices stated above.

Coca-Cola Autumn/Winter 2013 at Fashion Rio

I know most of you are probably thinking that you read the title wrong or I made a typo. Nope, Coca-Cola actually design clothes now and really well at that. We should have expected it though with all of it's collaborations with designers over the years. The soft drink company showcased their autumn/winter designs for 2013 at Fashion Rio in Brazil earlier this month. Unlike their packaging, their designs aren't exactly plain. With the use of materials like mesh, neoprene and nylon they produced quite a sporty range with retro floral prints. Of course there's also a bit of self-advertising thrown in there, but what do you expect?
