Dublin Haul - Lush and Sleek

To start off my Easter break, I went to Dublin on Tuesday to see Nicki Minaj in the 3Arena. I bought the tickets for my boyfriend for Christmas and I was so excited to see a singer I admire so much up close. Not only was I very excited to see Nicki, but I was also excited to finally buy Lush and Sleek products, as they are not available where I live. When I was in Dublin a few months ago to see Morrissey, I ran out of money before I could get to Lush or Boots so I made sure that I would have money this time.

Contouring and Blush Palette - Fair
Boots -  €12.99

Since I have never bought anything from Sleek before, the main thing I wanted to buy was their contouring palette, especially since I'm running very low on my Hoola bronzer by Benefit. I had heard so many great things about it over the years and it's a really good shade for people with pale skin like me. Unfortunately when I got to Boots, they didn't have it. However, they had the Contouring and Blush Palette instead.
This product is basically the same as the contouring palette but with a blush and each of the products are the same size. It comes with a matte bronzer, a highlighter with pink and silver shimmer and a pink blush with a lot of gold shimmer. I knew straight away when I bought this that I would not be using the blush very much as there is way too much shimmer in it for me, I really only bought it for the bronzer and highlighter.

Brow Kit in Dark
Boots - €9.99
After accidentally ordering the wrong shade of the NYX brow kit and running out of my 'Brows A-Go-Go' kit by Benefit, I was in desperate need of a new eyebrow kit. I had heard great things about this product and it was the only thing in stock in Boots that I had planned to buy. It comes with a dark brown wax to shape your brows and a dark brown shadow to fill them in. It also comes with two little brushes and a pair of tweezers. This is an exact dupe for Benefit's 'Brow Zings' and I'm very excited to try it properly.

Matte Me Lip Cream in Petal
Boots - €6.49
Since there was a 3 for 2 offer on all makeup in Boots, I decided to get a third Sleek product. Everyone has been raving about this lip cream for a few months now so I was really excited to buy it. I have wanted to try the NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams for a long time now but I can't seem to find them where I live but from what I've heard, they are very similar products. I wasn't very impressed with their colour selection so I went with the safest option for me, a light nudey-pink called 'Petal'. Hopefully they release new colours soon.

Catastrophe Cosmetic Fresh Face Mask

The last time I was in Lush I bought my first Lush face product which was the Let The Good Times Roll cleanser. This time I decided to try a face mask as I've heard so many good things about this. I was stuck between this and Oatfix for my dry skin. I settled on Catastrophe Cosmetic as I have had quite a few break outs lately and I'm pretty sure it's due to my makeup. I have only used it once so far so it's too soon to say if it works but it did make me look like the sneaky moon emoji.

Blackberry Bath Bomb

When I saw photos of this bath bomb in the bath I knew I had to have it because it turned the lilac, which is my favourite colour. Not only is it a lovely colour, but it also has one of the best scents of any bath bomb. I tend to not like the smell of bath bombs until they are in the water so the fact that I liked the scent straight away must mean that it's pretty amazing. Its main ingredients are bergamont oil and frankincense oil which make for a very relaxing bath. This bath bomb is quite large as well considering the price so I'll probably get two baths out of it.

Big Blue Bath Bomb

Big Blue is a bath bomb that I have wanted for so long and it is probably one of the most popular Lush bath bombs. It contains seaweed in it which floats around the bath and sea salt which makes your skin super soft. This is a very summery bath bomb which is perfect for me as I have been looking forward to summer so much lately.

Tisty Tosty Bath Bomb

This is the cutest bath bomb I have ever seen. This heart-shaped bath bomb contains rose buds which float around the bath which I think is so lovely. It also contains jasmine and rose oil which are two of my favourite scents. However, you don't get very much product considering this bath bomb costs a bit more than most.

Charity Pot

Finally, while I was at the counter at Lush I got my second little Charity Pot sample for €1. It's a hand and body lotion which is perfect for your handbag. It smells so nice and the best part about it is that all the proceeds (excluding VAT) goes to charity. There are also full sizes of this product availabe
